At hoopcast.tv, we prioritise your privacy. This privacy policy outlines our approach to user data collection and handling.

1. Information we do not collect

• Personal data: we do not collect, store, or process any personal information.
• Usage data and statistics: we do not collect any usage data, analytics, or statistics about your interaction with the app.
• Media data: while the app allows you to stream video to an RTMP ingest point of your choice, the video data is streamed directly to the specified RTMP server and is not collected or retained by us.
• Game records: the app keeps a record of each game (score changes, clock, replays, device battery and temperature) in a file on your device only. It is never transmitted to us. You can open, share or delete these files from the Files app.

2. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our app does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies.

3. Third-party services

This app allows you to specify an RTMPS ingest point for video streaming. We do not have access to or control over the data once it is streamed to your specified server.

4. Local network

The remote desk feature runs a small web server on your iPhone so that a device on the same local network can operate the scoreboard. It accepts connections only while the Studio is open and only with the PIN shown on your screen. Nothing about this connection leaves your local network.
